Barenreiter Faure – Pavane for Three Flutes Βιβλίο για φλάουτο

Being dominated by the Winds, and particularly the flutes, Fauré’s famous Pavane for orchestra (1886) especially lends itself to an arrangement for three flutes. ln this version the haunting melody, rather than being confined to the first flute, permeates the entire trio texture.
