These strings have been specifically constructed to perfectly fit your Bass VI instrument with the right amount of taper by the small ball ends and slimmer tuning post sections. These strings are tuned an octave lower than a guitar (EADGBE) and are NOT 6-string bass strings (tuned B to C).
