Withdrawal – Product returns

By purchasing a product from our online store, you can return a product and pay the price if the product is in excellent condition and in its original packaging with full contents (parts, instructions for use, etc.), within 14 days from its receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by «Vision of Sound». We inform you that in the event of a return, you must inform us in writing before proceeding with the return of any product. In each case, the return is the customer's responsibility.

In case of theft, loss or damage due to transport services, «Vision of Sound» bears no responsibility. Any product that has been damaged, or whose packaging has been damaged, will not receive compensation. If the returned product is incomplete or damaged, a price reduction will be applied according to the diagnosis carried out by the competent department of the company. You are not entitled to withdrawal if the product is included in the additional categories: books, lamps, large, consumables and wind instruments. Also if the product is sealed and unsealed, as well as if the product is a special order personalized according to the customer's preferences or a pre-order of a specific product that was not in a planned order from the "Vision of Sound" supplier.
