TERMS OF REPAIR
The product will be repaired according to the description of the damage indicated by the customer.
The return of the product is made only by showing the receipt or police ID with the information stated above.
The customer is notified of the repair cost only when it exceeds the amount of €40 (including VAT 24%)
In the event that the cost of repairing the product is deemed by the customer to be unprofitable, the customer is obliged to pay the minimum labor, employment and/or transport charge according to the company’s current price list. If it is found that the product does not present any problem, the customer is obliged to pay the minimum charge according to the applicable price list, even if no repair work is required.
The company has the right to request from the customer an advance payment of part of the repair amount depending on the case.
Repaired or non-repaired products that are not received by their owners after the relevant telephone information about the cost of the damage, are charged with a storage cost of €30.00 per month since the date the client has been notified.
In the event that you do not receive the product within three (3) months from your notification from NASTOS A. THOMAS – VISION OF SOUND, the company will proceed at your expense with the recycling of the product (or products) referred to therein and in any case you consent unconditionally to its destruction and you have absolutely no demand or claim against the company.
The transfer to and from the authorized technical department of the company is at the customer’s responsibility and expense.
All small volume products e.g. small multimedia speakers, headphones, sound cards, remote controls, etc., must be delivered for repair to the central facilities of the technical department of the NASTOS A. THOMAS company located in Ioannina, Napoleon Zerva 78, P.O. 45332
The delivery of products for repair indicates unconditional acceptance of the above conditions.
The customer declares that he accepts the above as well as that he is informed about every issue related to the provision of services by the company’s technical department regarding the repair of the products mentioned here, can be done by simple or registered letter as well as by text or fax, to the address (postal or electronic) and the telephone number stated above.
A condition for the receipt of the products to be repaired is the acceptance of these terms by the customer, or the acceptance of these terms by fax, or e-mail, where the acceptance of these terms will be declared by the customer.
The minimum fee applicable at any time is payable in advance.
